Make an Appointment:
Storage Solutions of Killeen operates by appointment only.  Before coming to the facility please call 512-702-7844 to make arrangements.    Please note that calls are returned at 8am, Noon and 5pm (Monday - Friday) and from 9am-2pm on Saturday.  We do not operate on Sunday.

What to bring:
If you are renting a storage unit, you will be responsible for furnishing a lock to secure the door.  Please make sure to bring the lock with you to your appointment.  This is a condition of the lease you are signing.

If you are storing a vehicle, you will need to bring a copy of your vehicle registration and insurance.  We will not be able to copy these documents for you, so please be sure you have 'copies' for our records.  Additionally, we will need to know who the lien holder is on the vehicle being stored.

Please also remember to bring a form of payment with you.  At the time of the lease signing we will accept cash or check.  Credit cards are not accepted.

Arriving to your Appointment:
Please be sure to arrive on time for your appointment.  If you cannot keep your appointment or find that you are running late, the courtesy of a phone call is appreciated.  Since we do not keep an office at this facility, our leasing staff will not wait for customers who have not informed us of delays.  

Payments:
At the time of your lease signing we will accept payments in cash or check.  We do not accept credit cards nor can we make change.  Monthly rent payments can be made by check, money order or military allotment going forward.
